"Positano Moon" by John Kiraly, a hand-pulled limited edition serigraph, pencil-signed lower right and hand-numbered 35/200 lower left. Sold and framed by Wentworth Gallery (gallery label and framer's label on the back).
Kiraly's signature dreamlike Mediterranean fantasy: a full moon glows over the sea and cliffs of the Amalfi Coast, framed by an orange tree in a white urn, palms and a twisting old tree. A fringed pink parasol, white lattice garden bench, black-and-white checkered terrace, turquoise vase in a pink villa niche, and lush tropical plants complete the scene. Rich cobalt blue with pink, turquoise, green and gold.
The image measures approximately 38" x 38". Presented in a cream linen mat with gilt fillet and a carved rope-twist giltwood-style frame, under glazing.
A stunning square statement piece for a living room, dining room or coastal home.
Framed dimensions: 49.5" W x 49.75" H x 1.5" D.
