Stereo Cabinet in Walnut in the Manner of Vladimir Kagan, USA, c 1960s
This extraordinary Mid Century Modern sculptural credenza captures both functionality and visual appeal. Reminiscent of the work of renowned designer Vladimir Kagan, this walnut cabinet showcases exceptional craftsmanship and beautiful woodgrain patterns. Crafted in the mid-late 1960s, this custom-built stereo cabinet features slatted speaker covers and intricate joinery, showcasing the meticulous woodwork. The solid walnut legs, extending horizontally from the center, add a sculptural touch.
The center of the cabinet offers two adjustable shelves, while the flanks house speaker cabinets. The accordion-folding hinged doors effortlessly open and close.
