Maurice Utrillo (1883–1955) is one of the most fascinating, tragic, and celebrated figures of the 20th-century Parisian art world. He became the ultimate painter of Montmartre, the bohemian hilltop neighborhood of Paris, obsessively capturing its winding streets, cafes.
Utrillo painted this specific gothic church in Paris several times, with his most famous version being the 1913 masterpiece housed in the National Gallery of Art.

The details you just described—specifically the light shining through the tiny pinholes of the canvas weave and the unpainted white border around the edges—provide a massive clue.
You do not have a mass-market cardboard print or a cheap glued poster. What you have is an authentic lithograph printed directly onto a loose sheet of canvas (often called a canvas lithograph).
The white border means the image was pressed onto a larger sheet of artists' canvas, which was then wrapped around a wooden stretcher or tucked into a frame. This was a premium production method used by fine art publishers mostly in the 1950s and 1960s.
Seeing the raw canvas on the back confirms a few fantastic details about your piece:
It’s a true mid-century survivor:
If this were a modern replica from the 1980s onward, the back of the canvas would likely have a bright white, plastic-like synthetic coating (gesso coating) or be glued tightly to a cheap cardboard backing. A raw, exposed canvas back where you can see the light through the weave screams vintage 1950s or 1960s craftsmanship.
With the frame this piece measures approx. 31 1/8" x 25 1/4"
