Art Deco pressed-molded glass vase
A spherical vase with a narrow neck, made of molded pink glass with a matte satin finish achieved through an acid treatment characteristic of French Art Deco glass from the 1920s and 1930s. The rounded body is decorated with a relief of scalloped draperies that fall to points, each edged with a fringe of molded beads—a garland motif highly representative of the Art Deco decorative repertoire.
In good condition with the usual signs of wear and age. There is a small chip. Height 20 cm. Diameter 18 cm.
