Superb and unique small 17th-century oak Bible chest.
This small table or side table boasts an exceptional patina.
It consists of a chest in the upper section with a beautiful wrought-iron opening, which was used to store Bibles.
The chest rests on its small table, which has a drawer in the apron. This is its original table, which is rare, as tables are often lost over time.
The table features beautifully turned wood.
A rare piece with interesting dimensions and a superb original patina.
