Standing just over 11 inches tall, the vase has an elegant sculptural form with a flared, petal-like rim and raised stylized leaf decoration. The softly speckled ivory glaze is accented with warm caramel-brown shading that emphasizes the contours, rim and molded details.

The combination of the elongated silhouette, organic botanical motif and softly variegated glaze gives the piece a distinctly mid-century California aesthetic while remaining wonderfully neutral for contemporary interiors.

Especially desirable, the vase retains its original West Coast Pottery foil label, providing a clear maker attribution.

A beautiful decorative object displayed on its own, and equally appealing with a simple arrangement of branches or flowers. Its substantial scale makes it particularly effective on a console, mantel, bookshelf or styled tabletop.
