A lush, oversized floral painting with sculptural texture and a luminous pastel palette. Pink and lavender orchid-like blossoms emerge from raised turquoise foliage, with gold-toned outlines that catch the light. Sweeping strokes of pale blue, gray, and white animate the soft cream background. A textured blush-beige border is painted onto the canvas, giving the work a finished look without a separate frame.
At 50 inches wide, this dimensional painting makes an expressive focal point in Hollywood Regency, glam, contemporary, and organic modern interiors. Its pastel colors and gold-toned details can also soften an Art Deco inspired room. Signed S. McGrow at the lower right. The artist’s full identity and the painting’s exact date have not been independently verified.
