A collected 11-piece plate wall spanning from the late 19th century to the present day. Soft whites, whispers of lavender and mauve, delicate florals, and subtle touches of gold tie the pieces together.
An oval floral Vienna China platter anchors the arrangement, framed by four scalloped Haviland Limoges plates. Three small Noritake Snowden 6354 bowls add rhythm around the larger pieces, while a J&C Malmaison floral plate, a modern Anthropologie cabbage plate, and a small pierced floral bowl complete the grouping.
Gathered as a wall display rather than a matching dinnerware set, the mix of periods, makers, and shapes feels romantic and collected. Arrange the pieces as shown or adapt the layout to your space. Sold together as a set of 11; hanging hardware is not included.
As arranged in the photos, the plate wall spans approximately 41″ wide by 28″ high. You can make the overall display smaller or larger by adjusting the spacing between the plates to suit your wall.

To me, that softness is part of the beauty of this plate wall: it gives the older pieces a history you can see and adds to the romantic, collected feel. Some of the porcelain dates to the late 1800s and early 1900s. The modern Anthropologie cabbage plate has visible glaze crackling that brings another layer of texture to the arrangement. There are no chips or cracks to any of the 11 pieces. Please review the individual photos and close-ups for these details. less
