A striking matched pair of circa 1920s European cut crystal table lamps, featuring beautifully proportioned urn-form crystal bodies with deep vertical cutting and architectural domed shoulders.
Each crystal body rests on a substantial brass-toned base with elegant scrolled feet. The combination of clear cut crystal and warm metal gives the pair a sophisticated presence that works equally well in traditional, transitional, Hollywood Regency, or collected interiors.
The lamps are especially attractive as a pair and would make a wonderful statement on bedside tables, a console, buffet, or flanking a sofa.
The lamps closely correspond in form and construction to European crystal and metal examples attributed to the early 20th century. No maker's mark has been located, so they are being offered without a specific maker attribution.
Electrical components appear to have been updated during the lamps' lifetime, as is common with antique lighting.
The shades shown in some photographs are NOT included. They are shown for styling and to demonstrate appropriate shade proportions. These lamps pair beautifully with cream or ivory bell, square-bell, or Empire-style shades.
Sold as a matched pair.

Good antique condition with age-appropriate wear consistent with approximately 100 years of use. The crystal presents beautifully. The metal components show normal signs of age and use. Electrical components appear to have been updated during the lamps' lifetime. Please review all photographs closely as they are an important part of the condition description. Dating & Attribution: These lamps are attributed to circa 1920s based on their construction, materials, and design. Period-consistent characteristics include the substantial cut-crystal urn-form bodies, separate cut-crystal shoulder elements, internal metal support rods, and decorative brass/bronze bases with scrolled feet. No original manufacturer's label, signature, or documented ownership history has been found on this pair. Accordingly, they are described conservatively as European, circa 1920s, attributed, rather than assigning them to a particular maker or country of manufacture. Electrical components appear to have been updated later in the lamps' life and are not being used to establish their age.
