Striking handcrafted round wall mirror by Aditya Handicrafts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, dating to 2021. The broad circular frame is densely decorated with hand-cut natural bone inlay set into a contrasting black ground. Concentric borders of small geometric florets surround an elaborate scrolling foliate design punctuated by larger stylized flowers.
The extraordinarily detailed black-and-white decoration gives the mirror a strong graphic quality while drawing upon the traditional bone-inlay craftsmanship associated with Rajasthan. The large circular format makes it an impressive statement mirror for an entry hall, bedroom, dressing room or above a console.
The set is available in another listing.
Retains manufacturer’s identification. Made in India.
