Vintage Peacock Pattern Tray for Vanity, Bath, Tea. Reversible- use either side. Resin finish on the back with the front pattern below the glass as reverse decoupage.
One-of-a-kind reversible tea tray, an artist studio original and a statement piece, with a shaped, scalloped wood frame and a glass top. The front has a chinoiserie peacock and botanical garden motif of peacocks, magnolia blossoms, wisteria, foliage, and butterflies. The pattern is under the glass and shows through, and the glass surface is smooth and food safe. The reverse side has a resin finish with a paired peacock and floral motif. Chinoiserie follows the European tradition of Asian-inspired design from the 17th and 18th centuries. The look suits chinoiserie, Hollywood Regency, English traditional, Grandmillennial, and traditional interiors.
Measures 14.5" x 10". Use on a vanity, dresser, bath counter, or desk for perfume, jewelry, and skincare, or on a coffee table, bar cart, ottoman, console, or kitchen counter as a serving tray for tea, drinks, or small bites on the food-safe glass side. Flip it over to change the look. Wipe the surface clean; do not submerge.
