A smooth, rectangular top with softly rounded corners is finished in a warm honey lacquer, providing a durable, glossy surface that contrasts pleasingly with the woven texture below. The legs are formed from bundled rattan poles, each securely wrapped in fine natural cane binding at the joints, a hallmark of traditional rattan craftsmanship that adds both decorative detail and structural reinforcement. Beneath the tabletop, graceful arched rattan supports curve elegantly between the front and back legs, echoing the material's natural flexibility while adding subtle architectural interest. A lower shelf of parallel rattan slats, bound together with woven cane ties, provides functional storage space and visually anchors the design with a linear, open rhythm. The rattan throughout displays a rich, warm golden-tan patina, evenly toned and free from fading, chipping, or unraveling, reflecting careful preservation. The overall design balances lightweight material with genuine structural sturdiness.

Place this console table in an entryway, hallway, or behind a sofa, using the lower shelf for baskets, books, or display objects. It complements Coastal, Boho, Tropical, Organic Modern, and Mid-Century Modern interiors. To care for it, dust with a soft dry cloth, avoid excessive moisture and direct sun that can dry or crack the rattan, and periodically check woven joints for tightness. Measurements: 47 inches wide, 18 inches deep, and 28.25 inches high. Condition is excellent, with an original finish and beautiful natural patina appropriate for age.
