The chaise stands on its original, gently tapered square wood legs and a gracefully curved apron. The entire exposed wooden frame showcases original hand-painted botanical detailing - featuring delicate, classical cascading bellflowers and trailing vine motifs set against a dark, contrasting border. The aged patina on the painted trim is well-preserved with some "distressing", offering an unmistakable vintage soul.
The lounge has been freshly reupholstered in a premium, modern coral-colored animal-print textured chenille. Outfitted with a plush, matching loose-seat cushion, the original down-fill has been foam-wrapped to be comfortable and structurally sound.
