The four floor-to-ceiling aluminum uprights rest on the floor via an adjustable gas strut and on the ceiling via a spring-loaded telescopic rod that inserts into a dowel. Composed of several modules and shelves that can be inserted into the uprights without tools thanks to the aluminum brackets: the height of the modules and shelves can be adjusted using adjustable fasteners that slide along the uprights (tool required: allen wrench). It features a rare magazine rack shelf. It is also possible to position the modules and shelves against the wall by reversing the aluminum brackets (original on this model, such as this one: css george nelson) or to use it as a “room divider”; it can serve as a screen or partition between two rooms.
