This pair of table lamps features a highly distinct Art Deco aesthetic characteristic of 1930s glass artistry. The combination of classical Greco-Roman mythology depicted, frosted glass relief panels, and geometric form pay tribute to American and French Art Deco designs from the 1930s to 1940s.
DESIGN: The focal point of each lamp is a clear, heavy glass urn styled with integrated side handles. The central body features a beautifully frosted, etched relief depicting a Roman or Greek chariot racer charging forward with a team of horses.
The glass urns are set on decorative, gold-toned brass pedestal bases, one of which retains a polished, bright gilt shine, while the other features a heavily textured, antiqued patina.
HARDWARE: The lamps are equipped with vintage-style brass sockets featuring traditional turn-key switches and standard harp mounts to securely hold the included black fabric shades.
