The fish are shown among water plants against a pale blue ground. The plates have a scalloped, molded rim with a metallic-trimmed edge.

Each is marked on the reverse with the Sarreguemines script backstamp, "France," and the pattern name "Indre" in a box. Likely 1950s–60s.

Purchased in Arles, France.

Sold as a set of three. Plate stand not included.

Condition: Overall crazing to the glaze, as is typical of faience. Some brown age staining within the crazing and metallic trim on the rim is worn from good use over the years. Small frits to the underside edges. No repairs. See less
