Vintage wooden three-legged stool (or milking stool) made of solid stained wood; a handmade 20th-century piece with a rustic, Brutalist aesthetic. It also makes a lovely plant stand.
Three-legged stools were traditionally favored because they remained stable on uneven ground and could easily be crafted from scrap wood.
This item is in good used condition and is full of character, showing signs of age and use consistent with its material and history—such as a chip in the seat—though nothing distracting; please check the photos for details.
