The rectangular top is finished in beautifully figured walnut veneer, displaying a rich warm tone and distinctive natural grain. Two hinged drop leaves allow the table to extend from 88 cm (34.6 in.) to 136 cm (53.5 in.), making it both decorative and highly versatile.

The table stands on elegant splayed legs connected by a turned wooden stretcher. Particularly attractive are the cast brass lion’s paw feet, each incorporating its original brass caster, a characteristic detail inspired by English Regency furniture.

The leaves are supported by traditional pivoting wooden brackets beneath the top. The table retains a beautiful aged patina throughout, highlighting the character of the figured walnut.

A distinctive and practical piece, equally suitable as a coffee table, occasional table or low sofa table in both classic and contemporary interiors. See less
