Danish Modern Rosewood and Tile Hallway Dresser, 1960s.
Charming small chest of drawer with ceramic cream colored tiles on the top. Wide drawer with large square pulls. Beautiful and expressive rosewood veneer grain pattern on drawer and sides.
This Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern piece is super versatile and can be used as a side table, nightstand, entryway table (together with a mirror) or as a low console table.
The tiles is a decorative and practical addition as they can withstand heat and water.
Made by unknown cabinetmaker in Denmark in the 1960s.
Very good original condition with patina consistent with age and use. Wood has been professionally cleaned and treated. Ready for use.
