Artisan-crafted in France, the piece brings together functional design and decorative sculpture in a distinctive antique composition.

The substantial bronze body is decorated with finely engraved circular and classical motifs, creating texture across the surface while emphasizing the warm, naturally developed bronze patina.

One of the most charming details is the sculptural putto figure positioned at the corner of the server. The putto is depicted playing a musical instrument, introducing a playful Rococo-inspired element to the otherwise classical composition.

At the center is a beautifully shaped ivory-toned alabaster stone insert. The natural translucency and subtle variation of the alabaster provide an elegant contrast with the darker bronze. Delicate bronze flowers, leaves and foliage extend across the stone, appearing almost to grow organically from the alabaster surface. Their finely modelled construction demonstrates particularly detailed metal craftsmanship.
