A late 19th Century Tibetan cabinet made with hand hewn carved wood. Hand painted throughout, with auspicious serpentine dragons, or Nāgas, holding sacred pearls in each claw on 13 front panels. Four central panels are decorated with Kirtimukha, the Face of Glory, symbolizing protection, surrender, and the removal of negativity.
