The jar is decorated with iron-red enamel, showcasing stylized Buddhist lions (foo dogs) playfully surrounding a ribboned brocade ball, accented with stylized clouds. The matching domed lid features black calligraphy reading "太师少保" (Tai Shi Shao Bao), a traditional motif representing high-ranking officials and auspicious blessings. The base bears a red seal mark.
