Crafted from a rich, dark-toned hardwood, this versatile piece features striking turned wood handle/side rails and elegant gracefully curved legs. The hinged seat lifts to reveal a storage compartment perfect for sheet music. The seat cushion is finished in a neutral cream fabric accented with delicate lace trim, making it a lovely addition for even a vanity setup. It may also be used in the entryway, or alongside a classic piano. It is a sturdy, timeless piece. Made in the early-20th-century; 1900-1940. The height of this lovely stool is 25 inches, 24 inches long and is 14 inches wide. The seat is at 21 inches. While shopping one day in Galina, IL, I came across this at an antique store. See less
