Ottoman swivel armchair was … Read more Alongside the iconic Togo, the Ottoman is one of Ligne Roset's most enduring and beloved designs. Ottoman swivel armchair was designed by Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance for Ligne Roset. Inspired by the traditional Moroccan footstool, it combines a low, sculptural silhouette with a deep, enveloping bucket seat, and its signature quilted upholstery gives it a soft, tailored look that feels both relaxed and distinctly modern.

This example was custom upholstered in a two-tone combination of leather and wool, both in orange. The exterior is covered in orange Elmosoft leather, a soft and supple leather with a smooth hand. The inside of the seat and back is upholstered in orange Steelcut Trio, a richly textured wool fabric by Kvadrat. The contrast between the smooth leather shell and the tactile wool interior makes this a particularly striking version of the design and gives an exceptionally luxurious look and feel.

The chair sits on a black epoxy-lacquered steel base that allows it to swivel smoothly. The seat and back are made of molded polyurethane foam with a high-resilience comfort layer, providing generous, supportive cushioning. Please note that the upholstery on the swivel version is fixed and not removable. The chair weighs approximately 115 pounds.
