This exceptional oval piece captures the geometric elegance and bold color blocking characteristic of the Art Deco period. Woven from luxurious wool, its elongated format is perfectly suited for high-traffic transitional spaces, making it one of our most coveted hallway runner rugs.

The palette is defined by a striking contrast between the deep, saturated navy field and the sophisticated beige and cream accents. This use of rich, jewel-toned saturation is a hallmark of the era, offering a depth rarely seen in contemporary textiles. The inclusion of this oval rug significantly enhances our curated collection of blue color rugs.

While rooted in traditional weaving techniques, the design embraces the modern sensibilities of the 1980s Art Deco revival. The patterns are typically abstract and streamlined, utilizing clean lines and stylized forms that complement its unique oval shape and provide a sense of movement ideal for a long corridor. The quality wool pile ensures both durability and a soft, inviting texture underfoot. Please note: This item is an oval runner, not a 6ft x 9ft rug.

Whether used to define an entryway or connect disparate rooms, this runner serves as a powerful architectural element. It stands as a superb example of the enduring appeal found within our wider collection of vintage oval rugs, offering timeless style and provenance for the discerning collector. See less
