A striking, large scale, framed reproduction, art print of the iconic 1922 Papuli Ravel French umbrella, ad advertisement by legendary poster artist Leonardo Cappiello (1875 to 1942). Celebrated as the “father of modern advertising” Cappiello’s dynamic design features three figures caught in gust of wind, brilliantly, contrasting, their black umbrellas against a vibrant, sunny, yellow backdrop.

This piece is a contemporary/mid to late 20th century decorative printing of the historic masterpiece, offering a bold, classic art, deco, aesthetic that instantly anchors a room.

Presentation and framing:
This print is beautifully presented in a textured metallic, silver toned wood frame with a clean border that complements both modern and traditional interiors. The printed image cleanly replicates Cappiello’‘s historic 1922 signature and typography marking in the lower left-hand corner.
