The elegantly modeled female figure reclines along the substantial sculptural base, extending her arms upward to support the dramatic lotus-form light. The elongated proportions and graceful pose give the composition an unmistakable sculptural quality, transforming the lamp from a functional object into a striking work of decorative art.

The spectacular lotus shade is composed of individually shaped translucent petals in softly graduated tones of ivory, blush, rose, and lavender, outlined by dark metal edging. When illuminated, the petals create a warm, atmospheric glow that beautifully contrasts with the darker bronze-toned figure below.
