Introduced in 1973, the togo is entirely constructed … Read more Original vintage togo two-seater sofa, designed by michel ducaroy for ligne roset. Introduced in 1973, the togo is entirely constructed from different densities of foam, without a traditional hard frame. This example has been professionally reupholstered in a beautiful soft pink cotton fabric. During the restoration, the original internal elements were preserved, including the original foam, which remains in very good condition and retains the characteristic shape and comfort of the togo. The generous folds, deep quilting and low profile give the sofa its instantly recognisable appearance. The new cotton upholstery works particularly well with the soft, sculptural form and gives this vintage example a fresh but natural appearance. Original ligne roset elements and markings have been retained where possible, including the original branded underside fabric visible underneath the sofa. The sofa is in very good restored vintage condition. The upholstery is new, while the original foam is in very good condition. Dimensions: w 131 × d 102 × h 70 cm seat height: 38 cm this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
