There is a prominent, original unmelted white silica/batch stone embedded in the glass on the top rim, which occurred during the blowing process. The glass contains numerous tiny air bubbles (seeds) and a rustic, gritty texture along the optic ridges. The base retains its sharp, rough, snapped artisan pontil scar. No post-factory damage or wear is present. less
