Oak barber shop display cabinet featuring a glazed upper showcase with fixed side glass, removable glass display shelf, and glass top. The rear has sliding paneled doors providing access to the upper display compartment and lower enclosed storage. Retains its slatted wood display floor, adjustable shelf standards, and substantial molded base. An accompanying typed note states that the cabinet was originally used in the barber shop of the Aneta Hotel in Cicero, Illinois, where it reportedly stood beside the cash register.
