The original paper exhibits overall age toning, scattered light foxing and small areas of discoloration to be expected with old paper. Ink remains remarkably strong and legible. The black painted wood frame shows surface wear, small losses, rubbing and scattered abrasions to the finish. The back retains paper backing and later hanging wire/hardware. No obvious tears or losses. Glass is in good shape. I have not examined this out of frame. I am happy to answer any questions you may have prior to purchase or to send more photos if needed. less
