The baskets feature … Read more A wonderfully sculptural vintage Mid-Century Modern three-tier centerpiece constructed of black-finished metal with three graduated wire baskets.

The baskets feature graceful organic forms reminiscent of leaves or flower petals and are arranged at varying heights along a sweeping curved frame. Most interestingly, each basket rotates, allowing the composition to be adjusted and creating an almost kinetic quality.

The combination of circular framework, radiating wire construction, and asymmetrical organic forms gives the piece a distinctive atomic-era and biomorphic character.

Beautiful displayed simply as a sculptural object, or use the baskets to hold fruit, decorative objects, seasonal accents, or other tabletop collections. An especially striking addition to a Mid-Century Modern dining room, kitchen island, bar, or console.
