A lovely pair of Chinese Famille Rose porcelain covered jars. The white ground is finely hand-painted with vibrant birds perched on a flowering branch, accompanied by large pink peonies and magnolia blossoms. Each jar features a matching domed lid with a rounded finial and blue geometric borders at the rim and base. The undersides bear a blue four-character "Qianlong Yuzhi" (Imperial Qianlong) seal mark.
