Delbart Duchein (American, b. 1942) was a New York City artist who specialized in skylines and landmark buildings, working in drawing and lithography from about 1980 into the late 1990s. His editions carry a blindstamp in the lower margin reading SIGNED EDITION © DELBART DUCHEIN, ARTIST. This print has the blindstamp along with the pencil signature and date at lower right.
