Striking vintage electric hurricane table lamp featuring richly textured white hobnail milk glass, polished brass-tone metalwork, and a warm turned wood accent.
The lamp features a dramatic two-piece hobnail milk glass body, including a generously proportioned upper globe with a softly ruffled rim and a matching rounded lower section. The glass is supported by an elaborate brass-tone gallery with pierced detailing, gracefully curved arms, and a tiered pedestal base accented by a turned wood sphere.
A clear glass chimney rises through the upper milk-glass globe, reinforcing the lamp’s classic hurricane and antique oil-lamp-inspired silhouette.
The combination of luminous white milk glass, warm brass-tone metal, and natural wood gives this piece an especially decorative presence. Beautiful as a statement accent on a console, bedside table, buffet, library table, or entryway.
Vintage electric lighting in an antique oil-lamp-inspired form. Not an original antique oil lamp.
