The sculptures weighs nearly 15 pounds.

This is a vintage hand-carved wooden crane sculpture featuring a dramatic, elongated neck that gracefully arches over a dark textured wooden base. Crafted from solid hardwood teak mounted onto a wooden block base. The design utilizes long, fluid negative spaces to emphasize the bird's elongated neck and legs.

These pieces were purchased originally from the late Aunt of one of my clients. She was the Director of the Peace Corps in Nepal and worked throughout Africa from the 1940s to the 1980s. See less
