The front display features a vibrant, traditional Chinoiserie scene showcasing two detailed peacocks nested among blossoming pink and red peonies, yellow chrysanthemums, and delicate white flora. The pattern wraps gracefully around the sides, while the reverse side displays a clean, matching secondary vignette of rust-red chrysanthemums and white daisies.

The vessel is crafted with a distinctive cream-colored crackle glaze body, highlighted by heavy gold gilt accenting throughout the feathers and floral outlines. The vibrant pink, red, and yellow petals are executed in a slightly raised, tactile enamel paint that catches the light beautifully. Intricate blue-and-gold geometric stylized borders trim both the flared rim and the base. Two molded, flush mock-ring handles sit symmetrically on the shoulders of the vase.

The bottom base bears the standard red backstamp alongside the original metallic foil maker's label reading "Andrea by Sadek, Made in Japan".
