Finn Juhl for France & Son Made by Povl Dinesen Teak Coffee Table, Denmark, 1960s
Beautiful vintage Danish Modern coffee table designed by Finn Juhl and made by cabinetmaker Povl Dinesen for France & Son, likely dating to the 1960s. Expertly crafted in rich teak, the table features a generously proportioned rectangular top with a subtly beveled edge, showcasing the natural variation and warm reddish-brown tones of the wood.
The sculptural tapered legs are joined by a long, integrated lower stretcher, creating a strong yet visually light profile. The clean lines, elegant proportions, and beautifully figured teak exemplify the refined craftsmanship of Danish Modern furniture.
A versatile piece suitable for both contemporary and Mid-Century Modern interiors.
