A striking vintage equestrian serving tray featuring a hand-rendered horse portrait framed by classic green and gold borders on a warm ivory ground. Substantial turned brass handles give the generously scaled tray an especially handsome, collected look. The artwork is signed in the lower right corner by Daniel Barr.
At 20.5 inches wide, this is a wonderful statement piece for a bar, coffee table, ottoman or library and would be especially at home in an English Country, traditional, Grandmillennial or equestrian interior. Perfect for Derby entertaining or for the horse enthusiast. Vintage condition with a slight crack at the upper left corner, as shown in the photographs. Measures 20.5”W × 15.5”D × 1.5”H.
