This pair of Dunbar sofas are still in the possession of the original purchaser, bought from the Dunbar showroom at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago in 1955, for placement in the first apartment rented in the Esplanade apartments by Mies Van Der Rohe. There is no signature or marking on the piece.
They need recovering.
They can be placed separately or in a row.
I will only sell them as a set.
Buyer must pick them up in New Haven, CT.
