the body is made of padded beige linen, fashioned into a feminine silhouette with a very cinched waist, typical of the aesthetics of the time. Two large circular epaulettes in gilt brass, decorated with radiating petals, adorn the shoulders. The top is crowned with a chased brass finial featuring floral and foliate motifs, set upon a brass collar decorated with pearls and leaves.

the tripod base in turned beechwood rests on three cabriole legs. It is equipped with a functional height adjustment mechanism using brass wing nuts.
