Very rare 1950s Illum Wikkelsø lounge chair no. 34, showcasing the designer’s sculptural approach to Danish modernism. Made at cabinetmaker N. Eilersen in 1955. Featuring an elegant dark-lacquered wooden frame with beautifully curved armrests and woven papercord seat and back, the chair combines exceptional craftsmanship with a relaxed, organic silhouette. A striking and highly collectible example of mid-century Scandinavian design. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
