The top features the signature oval butler's tray design, with hinged drop-side "wings" secured by decorative brass butterfly hinges — a nod to the campaign furniture style that allowed trays to be lifted and carried separately. The raised gallery edges include scalloped cut-out handles on all four sides for easy carrying, while the rich cherry-toned wood finish gives it warmth and traditional elegance suited to Georgian and Sheraton-inspired interiors.
Below the tray sits a generous open shelf, ideal for storing extra glassware, linens, or serving pieces, and the whole cart glides smoothly on small brass-toned casters, making it easy to move between rooms for entertaining. Sturdy tapered legs support the frame, giving it a light, refined silhouette rather than a bulky look. This piece works beautifully as a bar cart, tea service cart, or occasional side table, and shows the quality construction and attention to period detail Bombay Company was known for. A lovely functional accent for both everyday use and entertaining. See less
