Large angular palmettes, star flowers and stepped leaf motifs spread across the field on branching stems, with little woven camels, horses, deer, birds and standing figures tucked between them. A slate-grey border of turtle and leaf motifs frames the field.

Hand-knotted from hand-spun wool with a low, even pile on a cotton foundation. All colors are natural vegetable and mineral dyes, which give the soft tones and the light color shifts (abrash) you get from hand-dyed wool. The ivory ground keeps the rust, blue and navy motifs easy to place in most rooms.

Colors: ivory, denim blue, rust, navy, sage green and brick red.
