The artisans (likely Italian) thoughtfully filled the natural voids and gave a smooth honed/polished finish to the table’s top surfaces for safe/easy daily use.
Square (34”x 34”) shape easily fits into a variety of locations and uses.

Constructed in a 2-piece design: the tabletop and the pedestal/base. Both pieces are quite heavy creating an extremely stable piece. (Top weighs 100 lbs., Base weighs 140 lbs.) Together the table weighs in at approx 240 lbs in total.

Overall this table is in very good original shape with no notable blemishes. Only occasional wear here and there appropriate for age and careful use over the years. Some minor chips to bottom edge of base and some typical scuffs, marks, scratches and honest wear overall.
