Title:
Pair of Louis XV Style Bombe Nightstands
Handsome pair of Louis XV–style bombe nightstands featuring dramatically curved cases, shaped tops, cabriole legs, carved details, and decorative brass-tone hardware.
Each nightstand has two generously sized drawers plus a shallow upper drawer, providing useful bedside storage. Nice sculptural bombe form and French-inspired detailing. Finished on the sides with paneled decoration and solid wood backs.
These are newer manufacture, inspired by traditional French Louis XV furniture, and are not period antiques. Their substantial 30-inch width also makes them suitable as small bedside chests or end tables.
