Large sculptural botanical wall relief depicting a single iris in a monochromatic ivory-white palette. The deeply modeled flower, leaves, and sweeping stems project from a rectangular ground, creating pronounced dimension and changing shadows throughout the composition.
The relief is mounted against a natural linen-textured backing, giving the highly detailed botanical form a restrained, neutral presentation. Fine vertical texturing along the lower portion of the relief provides additional contrast to the modeled petals and foliage.
Signed by the artist and numbered 89/100 from a limited edition.
At approximately 38 inches high overall, the work has substantial architectural scale and functions equally well as botanical art or dimensional wall sculpture.
