Very Good to Good condition for age - some age wear to the cloth hardcover, slightly bumped upper right corner, fabric is worn on the 4 corners of the cloth hardcover, some tanning at the lower edge of the hardcover on the front, all pages all clean with no pencil or pen marks, very light tanning at the edges of the pages, 7 pages have a crease at the upper right corner (image #16).
