A grand vintage ceramic urn lamp reimagined in a richly layered Coastal Regency style. Its substantial warm-ivory ceramic body features sculptural palm-frond relief, a softly crackled glaze, and an elegant baluster-form silhouette. The tropical botanical motif is beautifully balanced by traditional neoclassical proportions, giving the lamp an unusual ability to complement Palm Beach, Hollywood Regency, coastal, traditional, and collected interiors.
The original metal base, collar, stem, harp, and coordinating hardware have been refinished in a deep Venetian bronze tone with softly burnished highlights. The square base rests on exactly four integrated scroll-form feet, giving this monumental lamp a handsome architectural foundation.
The lamp is crowned with an extra-large, gently tapered velvet shade handmade by Adoro Décor in Birmingham, England. Its peacock-teal surface has a luxurious distressed or crushed-velvet appearance, with cloudy tonal variation and extremely subtle traces of antique-style florals and mysterious writing embedded within the design. These impressions remain intentionally indistinct, reading primarily as depth and movement within the velvet rather than as a conventional printed pattern. A reflective mirror-gold interior creates a warm, dramatic glow when illuminated.
An ornate openwork neoclassical finial completes the composition. The lamp is fitted with a brown cloth-covered electrical cord selected to complement its vintage character and elevated designer presentation. The three-way socket permits multiple illumination levels when used with a compatible three-way bulb.
This is a true statement lamp—large enough to anchor an entry console, substantial nightstand, library table, sideboard, or living-room end table. The combination of ivory ceramic, sculptural palm relief, teal velvet, mirror gold, and Venetian bronze gives the piece a sophisticated resort-inspired character without becoming overtly themed.

Very good restored vintage condition. The glazed ceramic body presents beautifully, with its raised palm-frond decoration remaining crisp and well defined. Fine overall glaze crazing, minor tonal variation, and occasional small surface marks are present and consistent with the lamp’s vintage age. These characteristics are most noticeable upon close inspection and contribute to the lamp’s authentic appearance. No significant structural damage was observed in the supplied photographs. The four-footed metal base, collar, stem, harp, and coordinating hardware have been refinished in Venetian bronze. The hand-applied finish may display subtle tonal variation and softly burnished highlights as part of its intended character. The base has exactly four integrated scroll-form feet and stands securely. The lamp is fitted with a brown cloth-covered cord and a functioning three-way socket intended for use with a compatible three-way bulb. As with all vintage lighting, professional inspection is recommended before installation if required by the buyer’s location or intended use. The handmade teal velvet lampshade is newly sourced and may display intentional changes in color and sheen as the velvet nap catches the light. Its mottled, distressed appearance and extremely subtle tonal imagery are inherent features of the textile rather than stains or wear. The reflective gold interior may show minor handling or fabrication variation consistent with a handmade shade. The coordinating ornate finial and harp are included. Minor finish variation may be present on refinished metal components. Please review all listing photographs, including detail images, as they form an important part of the condition description. Bulb is not included.
