Its distinctive two tiered form combines a compact upper cabinet with an expansive lower shelf, creating a practical serving piece with exceptional decorative presence.
Two drawers are framed by carved corbels and fitted with bronze bale pulls. Below, paneled cabinet doors display deeply molded geometric designs enriched with carved floral garlands. Fluted columns, ring turned supports and finely layered molding give the buffet its strong Renaissance inspired character, while the warm walnut retains a handsome patina developed over more than a century.
The marble top provides a durable surface for serving or display, while the cabinet, drawers and full width lower shelf offer excellent storage. Its refined scale makes it equally suitable as a dining room buffet, serving cabinet or bar.
